In the presence of a number of scientific, research and academic personalities from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and representatives of the Francophone University Agency, Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Mosul, and a number of members of the Faculty Council and its teachers participated in the training workshop held by the French-Iraqi Cultural Institute, which discussed The extent of the possibility of scientific and research benefit from missions and fellowships in French universities. The workshop witnessed an intervention by the aunts of our college, in which I explained the role of the college in seeking to benefit from the above opportunities, in a way that contributes to knowledge of legal scientific developments, in addition to the role of French universities in motivating their affiliates to research and scientific and cognitive investigation and explaining its role In scientific progress, the above participation represented the college’s role in scientific and knowledge communication and its role in academic research progress.
