On Tuesday, December 20, 2022, a number of health cadres affiliated with the Presidency of Health of Nineveh Governorate visited our college, where they gave a lecture on how to maintain public health from communicable, transitional and epidemiological diseases, the Corona pandemic, and transitional viruses. The phenomenon of smoking and its repercussions on public health, community health, and the need to work were also discussed. To combat it, especially in recent times, due to its multiplicity of forms and manifestations, and this lecture represented the role of our college in working to achieve communication with health institutions and the growing interest in the public health of the individual and society, whose right to health is one of the basic rights emphasized by national legislation and international instruments.
