In view of the distinguished efforts of Dr. Saad Salem Sultan, one of the lecturers of the Human Rights Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul in supporting the scientific process, he was honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation by Prof. Dr. Qusai Kamaluddin Al-Ahmadi, President of the University of Mosul, and in turn congratulates the Deanship of the College represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Neamat Ibrahim Al-Saadi and the members of the College Council and its scientific and administrative staff and students, Dr. Saad Salem Sultan, wishing him more creativity and giving in service to the path of science and knowledge in our dear college, our ancient university, and our proud race.
