The Universities of Mosul and Chek International conclude a joint scientific cooperation agreement
Within the framework of the scientific cooperation program between universities and educational institutions called for by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the President of the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. The delegation included Prof. Dr. Mounir Salem Taha, Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, a number of members of the University Council and directors of the Departments of Cultural Relations, Media and Public Relations.
The delegation was received by Prof. Dr. Abdel Samad Salah El-Din Ahmed, President of Chick International University, his assistants, and a number of gentlemen members of the Council of Chick International University. The visit began with a meeting between the two sides, where the President of Chick International University reviewed through a video presentation the scientific march of his university since its inception and its stages of development, after which he signed The presidents of the two universities agreed on the terms of the joint scientific agreement, and gifts and shields were exchanged, then the delegation of the University of Mosul toured the corridors of the University of Chechk, familiar with its scientific edifices and infrastructure.
The agreement included several items, including cooperation in the field of scientific research, holding joint scientific conferences and seminars, conducting scientific examinations, benefiting from the expertise of the teachers in them, and the need to form joint committees to develop subsequent executive programs and supervise what was mentioned in the agreement, as the agreement will enter into force from the date of its signing.
It is noteworthy that Tishk University started with Tishk School in accordance with international education standards, and then developed to establish Tishk International University in Erbil.
