In view of the distinguished efforts made by Dr. Nawar Najeeb Tawfiq, one of the teachers of the Public Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, during his tenure in charge of the Legal Division in the College of Education for Pure Sciences, he was honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation by Dr. Qais Ismail Ibrahim, Dean of the College of Education for Pure Sciences. In turn, the deanship of our college, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, congratulates the dean of the college, the members of the college council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, Dr. Nawar Naguib Tawfiq, wishing him more creativity and giving.
