As a continuation of the scientific research movement in the College of Law at the University of Mosul, Dr. Sivan Bakrad Mesrob, one of the teachers of the Public Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, published the scientific mentitled (Illegal Obstruction of the Constitution), and this author comes within the efforts of our college teachers and affiliates to present the latest studies in the field Scientific disciplines that provide solutions for everything that is new and innovative, in addition to being considered a specialized scientific reference that provides legal offices with scientific sources that include modern information from which scholars and researchers benefit in their studies and research.
