In a new scientific achievement added to the record of the College of Science – University of Mosul, Asst. Prof. Dr. Haitham Luqman Shihab Al-Hayali, Dr. Mowafaq Khalil Hassan Al-Masri, faculty members in the Department of Biology, along with PhD student Shaimaa Ubaid Mustafa, successfully registered twelve gene mutations in the Global Gene Bank (NCBI).
