Under the patronage of President of University of Mosul Prof. Dr. Prof. Dr.Qusay Kamaladdin Al-Ahmady. The Department of Physiology, Biochemistry and Pharmacology in College of Veterinary Medicine held its scientific symposium entitled “Considerations for Treating of Food-Producing Animals with Veterinary Pharmaceuticals” On Monday 9thDecember, 2019.The symposium was attended by the President of University of Mosul and a number of professors and doctors from the University of Mosul.The symposium included three sessions, the first session of the symposium was delivered by Prof. Mohammed Shindala, the second lecture was delivered by Prof. Gada Faris and the third was delivered by Prof. Banan Al-baggou.At the close of the symposium there were questions and discussion were held on these lectures and interspersed with the threads on the use of veterinary drugs in large amounts could result in deposition of antimicrobial remains in muscle and organs of animal.
