College of Veterinary Medicine

Under the patronage of President of University of Mosul Prof. Dr.Qusay Kamaladdin Al-Ahmady. The Department of Veterinary Public Health and Department of Internal and Preventive Veterinary Medicine, College of Veterinary Medicine, University of Mosul will be hosting the second Symposium titled “Healthy Animals Mean Healthy People”. This Symposium will be held in the main hall of College of Nursing on Tuesday 7thJanuary, 2020.This One-day Symposium will consist of four selected talks by Assist. Prof. Dhyaa Mohamad Jwher, Assist. Prof. Qaes Talb Alsarhan, Assist. Prof. Maan Tahir Jarjees and Lecturer Omer Hashim followed by the guest speakers.The objectives of this symposium are to discuss that human health relies on healthy animals and animal health is important to human health regarding zoonotic diseases, which transmit directly from animals to humans.
