Findings from the current study indicate that subacute exposure to acetamiprid disrupts cholinergic neurotransmission, induces oxidative damage, and negatively affects motor and cognitive functions in mice.
Recommendations for future research include further investigation into the long-term consequences of neonicotinoid pesticide exposure on neurodevelopment in mammals.
Following a confident and scientifically grounded defense, the thesis was accepted by the committee.
Congratulations to the researcher, the supervisor, the college, and the Department of Physiology, Biochemistry, and Pharmacology on this academic achievement. Best wishes to the examination committee. This defense contributes to the realization of Goal 4 (Quality Education) of the Sustainable Development Goals.
