The Human Rights Unit in the College, in cooperation with the Human Rights Division and the Department of Studies and Planning / Sustainable Development Unit at the University Presidency, organized a workshop entitled “The Financial Rights of the Public Employee” on Sunday, December 14, 2025.

The workshop was presented by Assistant Lecturer Saeed Khadida Qolo (Head of the Human Rights Division at the Presidency of the University of Mosul), Assistant Professor Dr. Ikram Basel Dhnon (College of Law / Public Law Branch), and Associate Professor Dr. Soolaf Jabbar Kakol (Head of the Human Rights Unit in the College).

The workshop included a detailed explanation of the financial rights of public employees and the key factors influencing the enjoyment of these rights.

At the conclusion of the workshop, Assistant Professor Dr. Wasim Hanna Kroumi, Associate Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, presented certificates of appreciation to the lecturers in recognition of their role in the workshop.

This workshop is part of a series of activities aligned with Sustainable Development Goals 8, 10, and 16, aiming to promote awareness and strengthen institutional commitment to sustainable development.
