Rehabilitation and Employment Unit

Objectives of the Rehabilitation and Employment Unit:

  1. Guide and counsel college students about the importance of their scientific specialties they were accepted into.

  2. Prepare scientific studies on curricula to contribute to their development and ensure their alignment with labor market needs.

  3. Stay updated with the global scientific and knowledge advancements.

  4. Introduce participants to the importance of the training unit.

  5. Explain the impact and influence that a trained student has on the reputation and productivity of the institution.

  6. Communicate with academic departments within the college and obtain working papers covering the labor market situation for each specialty in the public and private sectors.

  7. Develop and implement training programs and workshops for students and graduates that align with labor market demands.

  8. Open communication channels with government institutions and the private sector, building bridges between graduates and the job market.

  9. Follow up with students after their employment in government and private institutions and evaluate the extent to which their specialties are being utilized.
