As dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the College of Veterinary Medicine at University of Mosul.Whether you are coming to us as a student, university member, researcher, or scientist, here you will become part of our community and we are ready to help you in your quest to make a difference.The College of Veterinary Medicine has been established in 1976 and since that time we have graduated more than 2480 veterinarians who have gone on to excellence in private veterinary practices, pharmacology industries, public health, teaching and academic research. Currently, our college has more than 359 full-time graduate students and about 48 postgraduate students in various speciality. In addition, our Veterinary Teaching Hospital is documented for their moderndiagnosis and treatment, with a focus on sympathetic delivery of care to all our patients and owners.Our alumni are recognized not only as great veterinarians, but for their willingness to improve the health of our country, and for their duty to contribute in ever expanding ways to foster both human and animal health.I encourage you my colleagues to make more scientific giving and dedication in the service of scientific research movement in the college and attention to give our student everything new in the field of veterinary medicine, human health and improvement the environment.On behalf of all my colleagues and the students at the College of Veterinary Medicine.
