Interaction in Understanding the SIS System and Facilitating Registration and Transfer Procedures

As part of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s efforts to keep pace with developed countries in education and learning systems, the Bologna Process has been added to several colleges in Iraqi universities. In the 2025-2026 academic year, colleges at the University of Mosul, including the College of Archaeology, were added to the system. The College of Archaeology, in cooperation with the Electronic Computing Center at the University of Mosul, held a lecture entitled “Interaction in Understanding the SIS System and Facilitating Registration and Transfer Procedures,” presented by Dr. Ru’a Mu’ayyad Al-Yass and Assistant Lecturer Ahmed Mohammed Hani. The SIS system is considered the backbone of universities, as it organizes student work from initial registration until graduation and manages student data such as lectures, class schedules, attendance, and absences.
