On March 5. 2026. the department of English at the college of Arts held a doctoral examinationn session. One of the researchers ‘Ameen Abdulrahman Dhiya’a’  submitted his dissertation which entitled ‘A Socio-pragmatic Study of Male vs Female Biased Speech in Iraqi Social Media. The examination commitee consisted of six examinors, and the dissertation was under the supervision of Dr. Marwan Najib Tawfiq.
