At the beginning of 2020 , Dr. Hind Fakhri Saeed from the department of history won Dr. Mohammed Harb award for excellence in Ottoman Studies by the decision of the board of trustees of the Asian Cultural Center for Scientific Excellence in the Arab World in the field of books and specialized works ( authoring , heritage , and collective book ) , in two works the first ( Yemen in the era of the federation rule 1918-1908 a study in its administrative and political conditions ) from the publisher of ( Damascus 2019 ) and the second in authoring a collective book ( Sultan Abdulhamied II in the Arab memory ) from the publisher of ( Istanbul 2019 ) , congratulations to Dr. Hind for the distinguished achievements , doyenne of the college wishes her all the best .
