Department of kindergarten established in 2002 the first department in this field throughout the university of Mosul. Aims to provide special pedagogical and teaching services in psychological and educational sciences, infants psychology of raising children. Department offers a Bachelor certificate in kindergarten to provide kindergarten teacher . This specialization includes a group of syllabuses such as knowledge development of kindergarten children, psychology of learning, psychology of creativity, evaluating kindergarten children, sports of kindergarten children, history of kindergarten, postgraduate studies began in 2011 . Department aims to graduate special teacher in kindergarten provided by knowledge , educational, creative ,and performance skills to upgrade children to acquire her skills of educational research that enrich her knowledge accumulation
