Lecturer Yasir Ahmed mikael from special education department / college of basic education attained his Ph.D. certificate from university of Tikrit / college of education for humanities / department of psychological and social sciences on Wednesday 20/4/2022 with his treatise entitled ( effect of an educational program based on Gutmann model to develop metasensual skills for university students )
