Master Thesis Viva in the College of Education for Pure Science entitled ” On a Partial Integrodifferential Equation on Time Scales ”

The College of Education for Pure Science, University of Mosul, has done the Master Thesis Viva entitled ” On a Partial Integrodifferential Equation on Time Scales””,

On Sunday, August 6, 2023, the College staff including the respected Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Qais Ismail Ibrahim, the Honorable Scientific Associate and Administrative Associate, the Honorable Head of the Department of Mathematics, and a number of the college’s teachers were attended the viva.

In this study, presented by the Master student Ola Wael Hasan Al-Naser in the Department of Mathematics, an estimate for an explicit integral inequality was derived in three variables on time scales. This inequality was used to study some basic properties for solving a special type of nonlinear third-order partial integro-differential equations with initial-boundary terms on time scales, such as estimating the difference between two approximate solutions, and finding conditions for convergence of solutions to the issues of the initial-boundary values. The constraint for the solution was also found and the continuous dependence of the solutions on the initial-boundary conditions and on the functions and parameters involved in the problem was studied.
