Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Hazem Amin Al-Kawaz, a lecturer in the Department of Computer Science at the College of Education for Pure Sciences, University of Mosul, participated as a member of the ministerial committee tasked with following up on the project to establish a master’s degree program in computer science education at the Computer Science Department at the College of Education for Pure Sciences (Ibn Al-Haytham), University of Baghdad.
The ministerial committee carried out a field visit to the College of Education for Pure Sciences at the University of Baghdad on Thursday, May 8, 2025. The visit aimed to review the requirements for establishing the program. During its tour, the committee reviewed the required material and human resources, including laboratories, classrooms, libraries, and university curricula, as well as the availability of qualified teaching staff with academic titles.
The committee was received by the Dean of the College, the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs, the Head of the Department, and the Director of the Graduate Studies Division, in addition to members of the department’s scientific committee. The College Deanship expressed its thanks and appreciation to the committee members for their efforts in completing their assigned tasks.
