The E-learning at College of Engineering

After the Corona crisis, the staff of Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and all Iraqi universities, including University of Mosul, were mobilized in order to find a method to ensure the continuation of students through the virtual space and College of Engineering /University of Mosul with all its staff were proactive in exerting their efforts so that their students could continue studying so the education cell was formed Electronic headed by Dean of College of Engineering and Director of the Quality Assurance Division at the college and concurrent online education was approved in the presence of students and lecturers together, where the project was implemented in three stages, the first was to search for the suitable programs and training of the educational staff in the college on it, then in the second stage the movement started on the students to encourage them to join the electronic study and overcome all the difficulties that they faced and finally work was done on adopting the electronic schedules, after agreeing with the students on the appropriate times so that no burden would be formed on the student.It was formed on thetrack committee to follow up stages, students and diagnose thedefect points and processed until today reached thecollege to accomplish more than athousand electronic lecture by 1675 teaching hours to 16/has 4 reached anattendance rate ofstudentsbetween65%to 75%.It should be noted that the lecturers of College of Engineering have been accrediting electronic programs for more than two years, including the electronic class and carrying out simple daily exams .
