As part of the scientific activities of Department of Electrical Engineering, A Workshop was held at the department entitled “Coded threats as a model with some defense strategies” on Monday April 25, 2022.The Workshop was given by Asst. Prof. Dr. Saad Ahmed Ayoub, Asst. Prof. Dr. Mohammed Younis Dhanoon, and Asst. Prof. Firas Sami Al-Sharbati. It was attended by a group of Electrical Engineering Department’s Lecturers and Postgraduate students.The workshop dealt with the concept of cyber security, its types and elements, highlighting encrypted threats, and suggesting some defensive strategies to protect systems, computer networks, software, devices and data.
