A Higher Diploma Research was discussed in Department of Electrical Engineering / College of Engineering at University of Mosul entitled “Power System Safety Improvement in Hospitals by Isolated Transformers” submitted by (Marwa Thaker Mahmood Suleiman), Supervised By Dr. Riyadh Zaki Sabry on Monday Feb. 13, 2023.Previous studies have been reviewed in this research on this topic and the electrical resistance of the human body was measured after a group of people (male and female) of different ages were selected with a number of 27 people. Humid conditions are more dangerous for people, especially children. These values were also used in a model to extract the values of the leakage current, which poses a great risk that leads to death.Studies have shown that the exposure of the female body to the passage of current is less dangerous than that of the male. Also, the human health condition plays a major role, such as asthma or heart patients. Or the respiratory system is much more dangerous than a healthy person.
