A faculty member from Department of Mechatronics Engineering participates in an international conference in UK
The faculty Member Assist. lecturer Hassanin Ali Al-Othman (Department of Mechatronics Engineering) at college of engineering participated with scientific research at the 17th International Conference on Machine Vision (ICMV 2024) held in UK (Edinburgh, UK) on Sunday Oct. 13, 2024 via cyberspace.
The research dealt with (A Survey on the Online Arabic Handwriting Recognition: Challenges, Datasets and Future Directions).
This participation aims to promote academic cooperation and exchange experiences with researchers from around the world and is an important achievement added to Mosul University’s academic record. The paper was commended by conference participants and organizers for its scientific significance. This achievement is part of the series of successes achieved by Mosul University in the international scientific arena and reflects the University’s desire to support scientific research and develop the lecturers possibilities in various engineering disciplines.
