Human Rights Unit at College of Engineering Holds a Workshop on “Promoting a Culture of Integrity, Transparency, and Accountability – Professional Practice as a Model”
Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of University of Mosul, and the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Mohammed Hamdoon, Dean of College of Engineering, and as part of the scientific activities of the College and its objectives to achieve Sustainable Development Goals—specifically Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Goal 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions)—Human Rights Unit, in cooperation with Human Rights Division at Presidency of University of Mosul, held a workshop titled “Promoting a Culture of Integrity, Transparency, and Accountability – Professional Practice as a Model” on Monday, June 30, 2025.
The workshop aimed to raise awareness among faculty and administrative staff about the culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability in professional work, in alignment with the National Strategy for Education and Higher Education 2022–2031, under the theme of integrity, transparency, and accountability.
The workshop was delivered by Assistant Professor Nasma Maan Mohammed, Head of Human Rights Unit.
