College of Engineering Organizes a Workshop on “International Mechanisms in Combating Administrative and Financial Corruption”
In line with the National Strategy for Education and the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 16 “Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions”, College of Engineering at University of Mosul organized a workshop entitled “International Mechanisms in Combating Administrative and Financial Corruption” on Monday, September 29, 2025. The event was coordinated by Division of Media and Government Communication in cooperation with University and Institutes Security Center of Nineveh.
The workshop was attended by the College’s Assistants dean, department heads, faculty members, staff, and students.
It aimed to enhance awareness of global mechanisms and best practices in combating corruption and to discuss the role of institutions in supporting national anti-corruption policies.
Lectures were delivered by Professor Dr. Sahar Mohammed Najib from College of Law, along with officers from the University and Institutes Security Center of Nineveh.
