Under the patronage of the Rector of Mosul University Prof. Dr. Kossay Kamalaldeen AL-Ahmadi and in presence and supervision of Dean of college of Engineering Prof. Dr. Bayar Jaafar Al-Sulayvani, college of engineering held a training course on ” how to choose a suitable journal for publication ” by using ” Meet ” program delivered by dr.Bisam Ihssan Al-Hafiz and the lecturerRana Burhan on Monday 13/4/2020.The course dealt with two main axes, the first was about ” Scopus ” and the predatory magazines identified by the Ministry of Higher Education and scientific research. The second topic, it deals with ” Clarivet ” and ” Natureindex “.The attendance was very large from various Iraqi universities, as the number of attendees of the session reached 250,with approximately500listeners present on the live stream. Thesessionwas included with valuable discussions and inquiries of the participants.The E-courses Preparation Committee would like to inform you that the College of Engineering is continuing to prepare training courses.
