A seminar in the Department of Environmental Health related to climate change..
Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Environmental Sciences, Dr. Yusra Majeed Al-Shaker, and under the supervision of the Head of the Department of Environmental Health, Assistant Professor Dr. Rahab Abdul-Jabbar Hamid, the Department of Environmental Health held a seminar entitled “The Effects of Climate Change on Environmental Health Elements” presented by the lecturer Dr. Omar Karim Younis, a lecturer in the Department of Environmental Health at our college, today, Wednesday, December 4, 2024.
The lecture included a discussion of the effects of climate change on all levels, including public health and biological diversity in several regions in Iraq, in addition to the changes that have occurred in the demographic situation of the population in the Iraqi governorates as a result of climate change.
The lecture aimed to discuss the effects of climate change on environmental health elements.
