Professor Dr. Hamid Ibrahim Al-Rashidi, Dean of the College of Fine Arts at the University of Mosul, received a delegation from the National Ministerial Team for Program Accreditation Evaluation. The delegation included Professor Dr. Abbas Abdul-Hussein Kuwaish, Supervisor; Assistant Professor Dr. Maysoun Kazim Jassim, Supervisor; Professor Dr. Farid Khalid Alwan, Team Leader; and Professor Dr. Furat Jamal Hussein, Assistant Professor Dr. Abdul-Hamza Abdul-Amir Abdul-Hussein; Assistant Professor Dr. Marwan Tawfiq Abdul; and Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Abbas, Representative of the Accreditation Department in the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority.

The visit aimed to evaluate the eligibility of academic programs in the Department of Fine Arts at the College of Fine Arts, in preparation for obtaining official program accreditation. During the meeting, the meeting addressed matters of quality assurance in education, and discussed the status of the teaching staff and the university environment, including laboratories, classrooms, and designated spaces, and their compliance with the national standards required for academic accreditation.
