Professor Dr. Hamid Ibrahim Al-Rashidi, Dean of the College of Fine Arts at the University of Mosul, chaired the twelfth session of the College Council on Thursday, August 13, 2026, in the presence of the council members.

The meeting discussed several important topics, most notably raising the quality of research and scientific promotions, and preparing for the Bologna Process for the academic year 2026-2027. Emphasis was also placed on completing the smart learning platform (IQ-Learn), alongside finalizing all logistical and scientific preparations for the second-attempt exams.
