Workshop on Developing Parental Skills in Family Management

The College of Fine Arts Holds a Workshop on “Developing Parental Skills in Family Management”
In cooperation with the Women’s Affairs Unit at the University of Mosul Presidency, and as part of the series “Together Against Violence… For Women’s Dignity,” the College of Fine Arts organized a workshop titled “Developing Parental Skills in Family Management.” The event was attended by the Vice-Dean for Scientific Affairs, along with a number of college staff and students. The lecture was delivered by Asst. Prof. Maida Tariq, Lecturer Azhar Ramzi, and Lecturer Hala Mustafa.
The workshop addressed several key themes regarding positive parenting skills, which included guidance and instructions on interaction. It also covered the skill of managing family financial resources to ensure spending in a calculated economic manner, as well as skills for coping with life pressures. The session witnessed active interaction from the attendees, whose interventions and inquiries enriched the workshop, in alignment with achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (5 and 16).
