The Governor of Nineveh, Lieutenant General Najm al-Jubouri and the General Director of Nineveh Health, Dr Falah H. Al-Taie, the Division of Hematology at Ibn Sina Teaching Hospital with a capacity of twenty-eight beds, opened on Wednesday, 15th April 2020.
