On Monday, 11th November 2019, the College of Medicine at University of Duhok discussed the doctoral thesis of the student Heavy M. Mahmoud entitled " Antioxidants Role in Repairing DNA Damage among Patients with Diabetes Mellitus" The committee included Prof Dr Nasir A. Abdulrahman (Chief), Head of the Physiology Department Prof Dr Bebeen Kh. al- Slevany (Member), assist. Prof Dr Samir B. al-Mukhtar (Member), assist. Prof Dr Masaud A. Abdulrahman (Member), assist. Prof Dr Amen M. Mohammad (Member), assist. Prof Dr Diya` J. Salih (Supervisor). After the discussion, the committee awarded the student the doctorate degree in clinical biochemistry.
