The French-Iraqi Cultural Institute organized a workshop on Sunday and Monday, 12th -13th December 2021. The French photographer Louis Cibrian gave his lecture on "the techniques of photographic art."The workshop dealt with a detailed presentation on the professional experience of the lecturer in the field of photography in many regions of the world and how to take pictures and use them according to a specific vision.
