The annual scientific symposium of the Department of Microbiology dealt with Corona virus in terms of its composition, immune behaviour, methods of diagnosis, some accompanying diseases, and the use of the vaccine to prevent it on Tuesday 20th April 2021.The symposium aimed to expand scientific knowledge of the aforementioned virus in order to find the most effective way to prevent it and protect society from its dangers.
