Under the patronage and attendance of the Presidents of Duhok and Iraqi Universities, the two aforementioned universities organized the second joint fourth international scientific conference on recent developments in higher education in the light of e-learning, for the period 16-17th December 2020 in the corridors of the University of Duhok.
