The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research formed a ministerial committee to inspect the site and building of Al-Qabas National College in Nineveh Governorate on 19th October 2021. The committee was chaired by the Scientific Vice- President of University of Mosul, Prof Dr Munir S.
