In accordance with the ministerial directives issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, the Mosul Studies Center—under the supervision of its Director, Asst. Prof. Dr. Mohammed Nizar Al-Dabbagh, and in collaboration with the Department of Studies and Planning (Sustainable Development Unit) at the University of Mosul—is organizing a training course titled: “Financial and Administrative Corruption: Motives and Prevention Mechanisms.” The course will be held from September 14–16, 2026, at 10:00 AM in the Center’s conference hall. It will be conducted by a group of female faculty members from the Mosul Studies Center, with the aim of supporting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)—specifically Goals 4, 8, 10, and 16.
