Women’s Empowerment

About the Women’s Empowerment Unit

The Women’s Empowerment Unit is one of the most important units striving to eliminate all forms of discrimination against women through mechanisms that promote self-reliance. Empowering women contributes to more comprehensive and inclusive development by fostering meaningful participation of both men and women. Thus, development becomes not merely a form of social care for women, but a process aimed at enabling them to gain economic and social power, enhance their ability to be self-sufficient, continuously improve their conditions, and participate in decision-making.
