Based on University Order No. 35604/16/9 on 11/9/2023, Dr. Ikram Falih Ahmed, one of the teaching staff of the Public Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, has been promoted to the rank of Assistant Professor. In turn, we congratulate the Deanship of our College, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi. The members of the college council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, Dr. Ikram Faleh Ahmed, wish her more creativity and giving.
