On Thursday, February 22, 2024, Professor Dr. Akram Mahmoud Hussein, one of the teachers of the private law branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, chaired the discussion committee for the doctoral thesis titled (The legal framework for preserving the contract from lapse/a comparative analytical study) at the College of Law at the University of Dohuk.
