Based on University Order No. 25542/16/9 on 08/06/2024, Dr. Yasser Shaker Mahmoud, one of the lecturers in the Private Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, has been promoted from the rank of lecturer to the rank of assistant professor.
