Professor Dr. Zeina Hazem Khalaf, a lecturer in the Private Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul and a member of the Technology Incubator Liaison, participated on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, in the joint meeting of the Technology Incubator Committees between the University of Mosul and the University of Al-Noor. The meeting aimed to enhance academic cooperation between the two universities and support innovation, entrepreneurship, and pioneering ideas in various scientific, research, academic, and student fields.
