The Public Law Department at the College of Law, University of Mosul, organized the first scientific debate for second-year students (morning program) in Financial Legislation. Two teams of six students each participated, presenting their legal perspectives and analyses on the assigned topics in an interactive academic environment designed to develop students' dialogue, research, and analytical skills.
