A delegation from the College of Law at the University of Mosul visited the Al-Zuhur Care Center for People with Special Needs to learn about their needs and assess their situation. The delegation was received by Ms. Wasan Miqdad Al-Omari, the center's director, who welcomed them and expressed her gratitude for the visit.
