On the occasion of launching the Iraqi Anti-Drug Week program for 2025, the University Psychological Counseling Division held a guidance seminar on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, in cooperation with the Directorate of Narcotics and Psychotropic Substance Control. A number of research papers were presented, addressing all aspects of the phenomenon, including criminal policy in confronting drug crimes.
