The College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Mosul held a master's thesis defense entitled "Evaluation of the Pharmacological Effects of Serratiopeptidase on the Central Nervous System in Mice," submitted by graduate student Younis Masoud Abdulhamid, specializing in Veterinary Pharmacology and Toxicology, on Sunday, July 20, 2025. The study investigated the behavioral and neurological effects of serratiopeptidase administration in mice at varying doses. The findings revealed that serratiopeptidase enhances exploratory behavior while reducing anxiety and depression.
