A visit by the Committee for the Establishment of Departments and Branches in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to the College of Archeology / University of Mosul
The Chairman of the Committee for the Establishment of Departments and Branches in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and his accompanying delegation, along with a delegation from the Presidency of the University of Mosul, visited the Department of Studies and Planning on Tuesday, May 30, 2023. They were received by the Assistants of the Dean for Scientific and Administrative Affairs, the Head of the Department of Ancient Iraqi Languages, and the Officer in Charge of the Studies and Planning Division. In the college, discussions took place about establishing the Eastern Languages Branch in the Department of Ancient Iraqi Languages. The committee was briefed on the material and human capabilities necessary to create the branch. A field tour was conducted in which they looked at the study halls and the examination and audit committees and expressed their opinions on the above topic.
