Participation of the College of Archaeology in the Annual Cultural Festival of the Prophet of Mercy
The College of Archaeology participated in the annual cultural festival of the Prophet of Mercy of the General Secretariat of the Al-Abbas’s (p) Holy Shrine in its third edition held on Wednesday, January 29, 2025,. The event was hosted by the University of Mosul in the Grand University Theater Hall as part of a celebratory program on the occasion of the Muhammadan mission (Isra and Mi’raj) in the presence of Dr. Hassan Dakhel, representative of the Al-Abbas’s (p) Holy Shrine, Assistant President of the University of Mosul for Scientific Affairs, members of the University Council, and well-known religious and cultural figures.
The College of Archaeology participated in the reception and hospitality committees, and had a role in the exhibitions held on the sidelines of the festival with the exhibition of cuneiform writings and the products of the Student Affairs Division.
