College of Archaeology

As part of international participation and building bridges of scientific communication between international universities and institutes, Professor Dr. Yasmin Abdul Karim Muhammad Ali, Dean of the College of Archaeology, participated in the 70th International Assyriology Conference which was held in Prague, the capital of Czech Republic from July 7 to 11, 2025. Dr. Yasmin presented her research entitled “Unpublished Seal Imprints (Bula) from the Iraqi Museum.” Associate Professor Dr. Nawalah Ahmed Mahmoud also participated in her research entitled “A New Reading of the Law of Lipit-Ishtar from the Iraqi Museum.”
